Shipment
We use PostNL for the shipment of our orders.
Mailbox package
Does your order fit through the letterbox? Then you can choose to have your order delivered by letterbox. A track and trace code for this shipping method is optional.
Parcel post
If your order is too large for the letterbox, we will send it as parcel post. With this shipping method you always receive a track and trace code to track your order.
When you choose parcel post, you can choose from the following shipping options:

Since all our products are made by hand, we have a slightly longer delivery time than you are used to from web shops nowadays.
If you order your order before 6 p.m., we guarantee that your order will be sent by post within 5 working days. Is your ordered product in stock? Then there is a good chance that your order will be shipped earlier than 5 working days!
Need something urgently? Contact us and we will see if we can deliver your order faster!
Return Policy
Have you changed your mind and do you want to return certain products? This is possible if this happens within 14 days.

Returning products must be done with the original packaging. Don't have these anymore? Then make sure that you return the products in packaging that offers the same protection to the products.

We are not responsible for return products that are broken during transport. If you return a product that breaks on the way, unfortunately we cannot give a refund.

The shipping costs for returning your order are for your own account.
